Terms of Service Agreement

1. Global Licensing Architecture & Node Deployment

TaboProducts grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited corporate license to download, install, run, and utilize our proprietary business management frameworks. Depending on the product node selected at checkout, licenses are provisions under three explicit parameters:

• Single Perpetual Node: Grants operational deployment privileges on a single dedicated hardware target or domain environment indefinitely with zero recurring operational fees.
• Enterprise SaaS Matrix Subscription: Grants continuous runtime access to cloud-linked systems, maintained and validated regularly via Paddle merchant verification channels.
• Device Owner Administrator Provision: Grants deployment properties specifically for android environment distribution under MDM infrastructure protocols.

2. System Infrastructure Boundaries & Prohibited Actions

The architecture delivered by TaboProducts contains trade secrets, advanced mathematical calculation models, and encrypted database mapping algorithms. Under this compliance layer, you are strictly prohibited from:

Decompiling, reverse-engineering, disassembling, or attempting to derive the raw source layouts from any compiled desktop execution binaries, database engines, or APK distributions issued under our operational umbrella.

Bypassing hardware licensing locks, modifying native pricing tables, or removing tracking metadata and trademark notations will result in immediate system node revocation without liability or eligibility for compensation.

3. Billing, Merchant of Record, & Payment Protocol

All financial interactions, credit operations, local currency conversions, and sales tax compliance lines are handled exclusively by Paddle as our official Merchant of Record. By placing an order via our secure checkouts, you agree to abide by Paddle’s global buyer terms. TaboProducts does not directly store, intercept, or process your raw credit instrument metrics or banking tokens.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Operational Indemnity

Our systems are engineered for high-performance deployment lanes but are delivered on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" foundation. TaboProducts does not warrant that code execution loops will be totally uninterrupted or completely free of localized hardware sync delays.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TaboProducts shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of inventory profits, pharmacy log drops, or mathematical variances within automated scales.

5. Governing Law & Dynamic System Amendments

These terms shall be governed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with standard corporate commercial law rules. We reserve the absolute right to patch code parameters, reconfigure pricing models, or update this document layout at any time to preserve standard merchant health rules.
